Improve your league! Most darts leagues are run by volunteers. If you are not happy with the way the league is being run, it is usually because the officers are short-handed and overworked, or just burned-out. Instead of bithching at the local bar, attend a board meeting, and volunteer for a committee, or better yet, run for an elected office. If you see a problem, DO something to help fix it!"
